Are some cultures objectively better than others?

Hello, I often get into conversations with other liberal-minded folk and one thing that really annoys me is how most liberals go out of their way to state that all cultures have their positives and negatives and that we shouldn't be ethnocentric. I disagree. For instance, I firmly believe: -A culture that values gender equality is objectively better than one that works to keep women subjugated. -A culture that values gay rights is objectively better than one that attempts to treat them as 2nd class citizens, or worse, a capital crime. -A culture that values secularism in government is objectively better than one that promotes one religion at the expense of others (on non-religion). -A culture that values diversity is objectively better than one that values one race or group above another. -A culture that has legalized slavery is objectively worse than a culture where slavery is outlawed. I could go on and on, but that's the gist of it. What say you? Any help will be apprecited. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. If those are YOUR values, then how are these things "objective" ?
YOUR values are SUBJECTIVELY better than other values.
However, for a slaver, abolishment of slavery would be worse, than legalization of slavery. So HIS SUBJECTIVE value, would be to hold slavery in high regard. This puts food on his table.

No single person is objective. Only facts are objective. And the facts are (as liberalists and buddhists likes to point out), that things are "different". "Better" is a totally subjective term.
